BrinX runs on credits. Each AI action, such as generating a course, an image, a voice track or a translation, costs a fixed number of credits that is shown before you confirm. You can buy credit packages or subscribe to a plan from the Credits page. Your balance updates in real time and every transaction is listed with a downloadable receipt.

Yes, you should always review it. Large language models can produce content that is incomplete, outdated or simply wrong, and generated images may not match your intent. Yes. Finished courses can be exported as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages that work with most learning management systems. You can also share a course by link, or keep it in your BrinX library for learners to access directly.

Courses can be translated into many languages and narrated with natural sounding AI voices, including several English accents and regional Indian languages. Subtitles can be generated for any video you upload. Availability of a specific voice or language depends on the plan you are on.

Your uploads are stored securely and used only to build your courses. Text and prompts are sent to trusted AI providers to generate content, and we do not use your material to train our own models. You can delete courses and files at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it and your rights in full. Read the privacy policy.

If a generation failed or charged you incorrectly, open the Credits page, find the transaction and choose Raise a dispute. Describe what happened and our team will investigate and restore credits where appropriate, within the same one business day response window.
